Payment Terms

Payment is due when we complete the service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If your insurance covers the tow, we can help with the paperwork, but you're responsible for making sure your claim gets paid. Any amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility.

Your Responsibilities

We need a few things from you to make everything go smoothly:

• Tell us your exact location and vehicle details
• Remove valuable items from your vehicle before the tow
• Provide proof of ownership or authorization to tow
• Be available by phone during the service

Vehicle Safety and Liability

We take great care with your vehicle. Our team is trained and our equipment is well-maintained. However, we're not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle. If something happens during the tow that's our fault, we'll work with you to make it right. We carry insurance for your protection.

We're not liable for items left inside your vehicle. Please remove valuables, personal items, and important documents before we tow.

Cancellations

Life happens, and plans change. If you need to cancel, please call us as soon as possible. If our driver is already on the way or has arrived at your location, there may be a service call fee. We'll let you know about any charges before proceeding.

Storage and Impound

If we tow your vehicle to our facility, daily storage fees apply after the first 24 hours. You'll need to pay all towing and storage charges before we can release your vehicle. We'll clearly explain all fees when you call to pick up your vehicle.

Emergency Services

When you call us for emergency towing, we dispatch our nearest available truck. Response times vary based on distance, traffic, and weather conditions. We'll give you an estimated arrival time when you call.
